In fact, she successfully assisted me through a challenging sale. The real estate cycle in January 2022 was a seller market, by May 2022 the market had changed and prices started to slowly decline. However, Michelle knew the strengths that my property possessed: wall to wall renovations, its large size, my excellent location, the numerous amenities and the superb quality of management. She promoted these strengths and priced my condo accordingly. My condo sold the first weekend of June. Michelle helped me negotiate a very good price. I was very pleased. Our problems started on Monday June 6, when we found out that the computer Conduit System which provides Status Certificates was shut down for 10 days to install upgrades. With Michelle's guidance and advocacy, she was able to guide me through this very difficult situation. Consequently, I was able to obtain the Status Certificate on the day the Conduit System reopened. By June 14th the conditions were waved and the condo sold firm. I was also assisted throughout this process by Michelle's associate, Avery Noik. He was always available to answer my questions. He made sure that I was prepared for the prospective buyers' visits and he organized the stager. His input helped to make the purchase of my home a positive experience.
